An application dated March 7,1980, was filed with the Offica of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for extension of the completion date set forth in Construction Pennit No. CPPR-73 for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Unit No. 2.
Your application was not accompanied by fees pursuant to to 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.22.
On April 4,1980, the ONRR staff extended the permit date.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of the review of your application, it has been determined that the requested action was administrative in nature. As such, a Class II fee of $1,200 is required and should be remitted to this office. We regret the delay in notifying you about this fee.
