This is in response to your letter of September 4,1980 in which supplementary information was requested on Nuclear Assurance Corporation's Quality Assurance Manual submitted to NRC with letter of transmittal dated March 18, 1980.
Seven copies of the first revision to NAC's manual are enclosed.
Specific responses to questions in your letter of September 4 are as follows:

50A Revision of QAM Procedure 03.1 as noted under Revision 1.
51A Clarification of settling disputes is presented in Revision 1 to Procedure 01.1.
55A Specific response is given in revision to QAM Procedure 16.1.
56A Although response to this question is currently under paragraph 1.2 of the Procedure Section, a new paragraph 1 under the Procedure Section establishes a new Corrective Action Request form for internal use as well as for suppliers.
