Dear Sir:
Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application 67 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This License Change Application has been evaluated to be a Class III amendment request and a check for $4000 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
It is currently planned that necessary hardware changes to' implement the attached Technical Specifications will be completed during the scheduled refueling outage in Spring 1981. Th ere fore, the implementation of the Technical Specifications in this License Change Application cannot occur until completion of the modifications at the next refueling shutdown.
PCE has transmitted a copy of this request to the Oregon Department of Energy for their consultation.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for License Change Application 67 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
