The 3eed Report was com-piled by 'lestinghouse's own engineers and details 27 safety prob-lens with their boiling water reactor. This report came into the possession of the URO during the course of the licensing hearings concerning Black Fox 5tation 1_& 2 which are proposed to be con-

structed near Inola, Oklahoma.

This-request is made pursuant to $ oSC sec. 552.

I am willing to pay reasonable standard charges for actual search time an6 copying fees. Houever, I would request uaiver or reduc-tion of the fee in that disclosure is in the public interest and primarily benefiting the general public. Jee sec. 352 (a)(4)(A).
