- Folks, I am respectfully requesting the followin pursuant to 5 United States Codes, Section $$1, g information the Freedom of Information Act.
- 1. The most recent estimate by Florida Power Corporation on the decommissioning costs for the Crystal River #3 Nuclear Power Plant. This information h not in the Crystal River Public Document Room.
- 2. The most recent estimate by the N.R.C. of the costs of decommissioning the Crystal River Nuclear Power Plant.
- 3. A list of date, amount and primary radioactive content of all unplanned radioactive gas releases from Crystal River #3 since the plant went on line in 1977.
- 4. A copy of the updated resampling and also safety analysis for Crystal River //3 in relation to ctrontium 90 levels in green leafy vegetable samples.for a Licensee Event Report filed in 8'8-80.' The event occurred on 1-19-80. The event year was 80, the. sequential report no. is 0-28, the occurrence code is 04, and report type is T. The docket number is 0$0-0303 s

An analysis of the reason that between Oct.1977 and December 1977 six nuclear power plants in the Eastern U.S. ( Fitzpatrick, Nine Mile Point, Salem 1, Arkansas 1, Beaver Valley 1, and Crystal River 3) reported high rc.dioactive Iodine-131 readings in environ-mental air samples in their licensee event reports and ascribed them to a Chinese atmospheric nuclear test, while othernnuclear power plants on the east coast and southern states filed no such reports.
