LETTER FROM NATIONAL AUDUBON SOCIETY ET AL, REGARDING BAILLY PLANT This is to inform you that a letter has been received from the National Audubon Society and several other environmental groups with respect to the requirements of NEPA as applied to the proposed construction permit extension for Bailly. On the advice of OGC, it has been treated as an ex parte communication and referred to the staff for action.
