Consumers Power Company - Was finalizing Master's thesis at the NRTS at the time of the SL-1 incident. Remained at NRTS for Consumers during the recovery and cleanup activities following the incident. Organized the health physics program for the Big Rock Point Plant.

Responsibilities included training station personnelin health physics; preparation of radiological emergency plan; and supervision of the health physics group during final construction, startup, and operation. Responsible for the health physics aspects of several major repair jobs, including the use of divers to make underwater repairs inside the irradiated reactor vessel.
