This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked our Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review of Revision 9 to Topical Report CPC-1-A (Quality Assurance Program Manual) which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review on May 1,1980. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of the Revision on July 16, 1980.
Fees fcr this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $780 based on review time involving 20 professional man-hours at $39 per man-hour. The invoici for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days.
