- 3) CPCo letter frem DPHofman to DMCrutchfielu, dated September 12, 1980 Reference 1 requested a Technical Specifications change to extend the surveillance interval for the containment spray system in accordance with Standard Technical Specifications guidance. Reference 2 issued Amendment No 33 which approved the requested change.
Implementatien review of the change identified errors in the Amendment as described by Reference 3.
Subsequently, it has been identified that the notation on the set-points of Table 11.h.3.h hss been inadvertently cmitted. This omission was identi-fied to Mr Walter A Paulson of your staff on October 31, 1980. The correcticn of these notaticns to reflect previously approved setroints (Amend ent No 10, dated June 3,1976) should be acccmplished as follevs:
