With your Technical Specification Change Request No. 64 dated September 19, 1980, for Point Beach Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, your Company submitted fees totalling $5,600 (one each of fee Classes I, II and III).
The applica-tion was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for changes related to limiting conditions for operability and for administra-tive changes.
When an amendment application requests changes for a multiple-unit plant, a duplicate fee (Class I) is applicable for each change involving fee classes between II and VI in 10 CFR 170.22. Since your application requested a Class II and a Class III change, two duplicate fees should have been filed with the appli-cation. On this basis, the above application requires an additional duplicate i
fee of $400.
It is requested that this amount be remitted to our office.
If the final review of your application by the ONRR reveals that any of these fees are incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
