Enclosed please find eight (8) copies of Revision 2 of the NuPac Model N-55 Packagina Safety Analysis Report (Certifi-cate of Compliance No. 9070).
Enclosed is our check number 5078 for $150.00 to cover the minor amendment fee for Category llE Packages under 10 CFR 170.31.
The design of the N-55 Packaging and all the information embodied in the application is the property of Nuclear Packaging, Inc. and is to be considered as Proprietary Infor-mation.
Notice is hereby given to all those who seek access to this information that it is not to be used for any purpose which might be construed as detrimental to the interests of Nuclear Packaging, Inc. or its assigns.
For the reasons stated above, we have placed a Proprietary Notice on the face of this report.
However, for purposes of placing this application in the Public Documents Roon, you may disregard this notice.
