The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment tio. 52 to facility Operating License fio. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your applications transmitted by letters dated March 14, 1978 (as supplemented May 1, 26, 1978, March 6 and May 24,1979) and August 5, 1980.
The amendment changes the Technical Specifications to revise the charcoal filter flow rates and clarify the term operable.
Also included is a revised Basis page for Appendix B related to the changes made bv Amendment 51.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
