In response to our letter dated January 10, 1975
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions you
documented in response to our correspondence. These actions will be examined
,
during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
With respect to Item A.3., we understand from Reference 2 that
Administrative Procedure AP-0225, " Control of Drawings", has been
approved by the Plant Operations Review Committee and.will be approved
by the Manager of Operations and implemented by the plant by March 15, 1975.
We also understand that immediate steps are being taken by the plant to
assure that plant drawings used by maintenance and operating personnel are
updated in some manner promptly af ter changes occur.
With respect to Item A.4., we understand from Reference 2 that Administra-
tive Procedure AP-0215, " Control of Measuring and Test Equipment", will
be revised by March 15, 1975, to document the plant requirement for "as-found"
conditions for measuring and test equipment' calibrated off site.
