Dear Sir:
In your letter to Yankee Atomic Electric Company (Reference 3),
you requested that additional information be provided so that you could complete your review of material submitted by Yankee (Reference 2) to demonstrate compliance with Appendix I of 10CFR50.
The enclosure to this letter contains the requested information in the form of an amendment to Yankee's original submittal (Reference 2) of information for use in the Appendiv I evaluation.
Amendment 2 contains a description of the Turbine Building Exhaust System and a description of the various methods and models used in determining the meteorological parameters of the Rowe plant site.
Amendment 2 should be inserted into Yankee's June 2, 1976, submittal (Appendix I Report) in accordance with the attached instruction sheet.
Any questions regarding this submittal should be directed to Mr. Peter Littlefield at our Engineering Office in Westboro, Massachusetts.
