Parties in the Black Fox Proceeding, Docket Hos.
50-556/50-557 On October 9, the Commission announced its intention to disclose the General Electric liuclear Reactor Study or Reed Report on October 29.
Subsequently, the General Electric Com-pany filed an action in federal district court to enjoin the proposed release.
This will inform the parties in the Black Fox proceeding that, in order to accommodate the court's con-sideration of this matter, the Commission has agreed to defer the release of this document until seven days after the district court holds a hearing in this case, now expected in mid-tiovember.
