Thank you for your letter of May 28, 1980, in response to our letter dated March 5,1980. As a result of our review, we find that addi'tiunal information, as discussed with you during a telephone call on June 23, 1980, is needed, as follows:

Relative to Deviation A, what actions have been or will be taken to prevent a recurrence of this or a similar deviation and the date of when corrective action will be completed.
2.
Relative to Deviation B, please address your corrective action, relative to the shop order number noted in the deviation and the date of when the corrective actions to prevent recurrence will be completed.
3.
Relative to Deviation C, please spectfy how instructions to the involved personnel were documented and what actions were taken to assure that the corrective actions are effective.
