Reference is made to Appendix A " Technical Specification PROPOSED CllANGE:
Enclosed find the Technical Specifications, Section of License No. DPR-3."
16, rewritten to the format outlined in a guide entitled " Standard Format and Content of Safety Analyses Reports for Nuclear Power Plants" dated To aid in your review and approval of this Proposed February, 1972.
Change, Yankee Atomic Electric Company has also included the " Hazards (FSAR) format.
Summary Report" rewritten irto Final Safety Analyses Report This Proposed Change is responsive to the Atomic REASON FOR CllANGE:
Energy Commission's (Licensing and Regulatory) comments relative to the format and status of the Technical Specifications for the Rowe plant and provides Yankee Atomic Electric Company with Technical Specifications and an FSAR in an AEC accepted format consistent with other operating Pressurized Water Reactors.
This change is safety related and has been SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:
reviewed and approved by the Plant Operations Review Committee and is currently being reviewed by the Nuclear Safety Audit and Review Committee.
SCHEDULE OF CliANGE: This Proposed Change wil: 'e implemented upon receipt of approval from the Commission.
