The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 69 for Provisional Operating License No. DPR-21 for Millstone Unit No.1.
This amendment is iii response to your application dated September 4,1980, as supplemented September 24, 1980.
The amendment revises the Techrical Specifications to allow the count rate on the Source Range Monitor (SRM) channels to go below three (3) counts per second under certain circumstances.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
