New, reconditioned or raw 55 gallon steel drum, free of observable defects, with minimum thickness 18 gage body sheet, 18 gage bottom head sheet and 18 gage removable head sheet with one or more corrugations in the cover near the periphery.

The outer drum closure shall be accomplished by at least a 12 gage bolt-locking ring with drop-forged lugs, one of which is threaded to receive at least 5/8-inch diameter bolt and lock nut.

Gross weight not to exceed 260 pounds.

Uranium may be enriched to any degree in the U-235 isotope.
