The Staff is today forwarding to you the information respecting those unresolved generic safety issues applicable to Oyster Creek as ordered by the Board on September 9, 1980.
As the Licensing Board is aware,1/ yster Creek is being reviewed under the O
Systematic Evaluation Program and thus, the SER will not issue for about two years. Because of this fact, the " generic issues" information cannot be issued as a supplement to the SER but the information will be incorporated into the future SER.
