By application dated August 8,1980, Philadelphia Electric Company (PEC) requested tne Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to review the proposed seismic monitoring instrumentation Technical Specifications for Peach Bottom Unit Nos. 2 and 3.
With this application, PEC paid fees pursuant to 170.22 for Classes II and I.
In a letter dated August 26, 1980, we infomed PEC that the application had been determined to involve fee Classes III and I and requested that PEC submit an additional $2.800. This additional amount has not been received by us; therefore, it should be remitted to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
