Dear Mr. Fidell:
This is in reply to your letter dated October 8,1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents which constitute, reference, discuss, evaluate or in any way relate to the evaluation or adequacy of Exxon's Critical Heat Flux Correlation data submitted to the NRC with respect to the Oyster-Creek Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1, of Jersey Central Power & Light Company in Docket No. 50-219, for the time period 1973 to 1976 inclusive.
In response to your request, the documents listed in Appendix A are enclosed.
In our search for documents subject to your request, we determined that the NRC individual who performed the technical review of the MCPR thermal limit criteria, as reflected in Section 4.0 of the Safety Evaluation data May 24, 1975 (See - Appendix A document 1), no longer has in his possession-any documents pertinent to the staff's review of this matter.
This completes action on your request.
