ATTACHMENT CAUSE & CORRECTIVE ACTION LER 50-313/80/037 The moisture in.the system was determined to be originating from the seal water to system components. A change in the system had been made to eliminate this problem; however, it appears that a valve involved in this change had been leaking. A thorough investigation is still continuing. A periodic mechanical inspection l

of these~ check valves will be added to our preventive maintenance program.
