We have received your response of June 21, 1974, to our letter of June 17, 1974, regarding the acceptability of the Physical Security Plan for the Yankee Nuclear Power Srstion.
In our letter we asked that you reply within seven days stating your intention to conply with certain interin measures considered necessary to provide adequate protection at your facility. This was and is con-sidered to be a reasonable period of time for you to develop a state-ment of intention in this i.gortant matter. It is not clear to us how the present refueling outage at the plant has an effect on your ability to make a comnitment to the specified interim measures.
Uc suggest that yourreconsider your position with a view to furnishing a positive response as soon as practicable.
