(b) USNRC letter to R. Groce from V. Stello dated May 11, 1976, subject - Fire Protection System.
(c) USIEC letter to R. Groce from R. Boyd dated May 3, 1976, subject - Fire Protection.
Dear Sir:
References (b) and (c) have been reviewed by our staff to determine the schedule for providing the information requested. Due to the extensive natuca of this project, additional time is required to properly determine a realistic schedule.
As an initial step, Yankee Nuclear Services Division has made a permanent staff appointment to direct the Company efforts in complying with references (b) and (c).
This individual's initial task will be to submit the schedule as required by reference (b).
The appointed indi-vidual shall direct the efforts of a special committee comprised of Engineering, Cperations and Construction personnel.
It is anticipated that the schedule requested by reference (b) will be supplied by July 2, 1976.
We trust that our approach and new date of submittal are satisfactory.
