Dear Mr. Denton:
By a letter dated September 24, 1980, Mr. Ira Dinitz of your Staff requested information in regard to Indemnity Agreement No. B-83.
Please find attached a copy of our letter of March 11, 1980 to Mr. Jerome Saltzman which transmitted the endorsement to the nuclear liability insurance policies in question. Also find attached a copy of a June 7, 1979 letter to Mr. Jerome Saltzman which transmitted a signed copy of Amendment No. 2 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-83.
Please advise if you have further questions in this area.
