Dear Mr. Davis:
In the report of the inspection by Mr. R. A. Paul on August 19-20, 1980, a significant error was noted under Item 15 Independent Measuremeni.s.
The report states that the reactor was operating at 500 watts during the survey. The actual power during the survey was 500 kilowatts. This becomes significant in terms of the measurements at the face of the north beam port.
This should be corrected before placing the report in the NRC's Public Document Room. Otherwise, this response should be attached to our response to the noncompliance item.
