AMENDMENT NO. 12

Effective DEC2E E Indemnity Agreement No. B-10, dated December 14, 1961, as amended, between Connonwealth Edison Company and the Atomic Energy Co:mnission, is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is amended by the deletion of license number Stat-1096 and the addition of the license number DPR-19.
Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor

That part of Section Twenty-five (25) lying Southerly of the Illinois River and Westerly of the Kankakee River; also that part of the East Fif Ru Hundred (1500) feet of the East half Section Twenty-six (26) lying Sout'.erly of the Illinois River; also that part of the North Five Hundred (500) feet of the East Fifteen Hundred (1500) feet of Section Thirty-five (35); also that part of the North Five Hundred (500) feet of Section Thirty-six (36) lying Westerly of the Kankakee River; also in Township Thirty-four (34) North, Range Eight (8) East of the Third Principal Meridan, Grundy County, Illinois, and known as Dresden Nuclear Power Station and enclosed by plant security fence, as indicated on plat dated July 25, 1969, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
