Dear Mr. Dinitz:
By letter dated September 24, 1980, you advised that your office had not received the following endorsements to our nuclear liability insurance policies:
Endorsement No. 33 to NF-218 Endorsement No. 30 to MF-80 An examination of our records indicates that six copies of each of these endorsements were forwarded to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on April 25, 1979.
Copies of the transmittal letters are forwarded for your information.
Since our original submission apparently has been mishandled, we are forwarding six additional copies of each of the endorsements.
