Dear Sir:
As requested in Reference (b), a review was conducted of our technical specifications and procedures to assure that the minimum level of water over the fuel assemblies is approximately 33 feet. As a result of this review, we have concluded that our existing technical specifications and procedures are adequate to assure that a level of water approximately 33 feet, su fficient depth to prevent inadvertent exposure of a fuel assembly during transfer, is maintained. No further action is deemed necessary at this time.
