of this plant, and in light of the fact that evacuation plans for the Lake Norman area are confusing and incomplete, I hereby petition that the licensing procedure be reopened, in order to -

i more closely examine the potential of a loss of containment at i the plant in the event of a Three-Mile Island type situation.'
