INTERVENORS' MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE BRIEF Intervenors filed exceptions to the initial partial decision of February 22, 1980, on August 29, 1980, and hereby request an extension of time for an additional 30 days in which to file a brief in regard to these exceptions.

The reason for this request is that the son of the undersigned counsel was seriously injured in a mountain climbing accident this past week-end and is undergoing surgery this week and the undersigned counsel will not be able to devote his time to the brief or any other matter for the next week or so and therefore needs an extension of time.

The undersigned counsel has not had time to contact the other parties but does not believe they would object to an extension of time under these circumstances.

Respectfully submitted this the 18th day of September, 1930.
