South Texas Project Units l&2 Docket Nos. STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Possible Reportable Deficiency Concerning Spent Fuel Sterace Racks On August 22, 1980, Houston Lighting & Power Company notified 'your office of a potentially recortable deficiency concerning the measurement methods that were employed to detemine the verticality of the spent fuel storage racks for the South Texas Project.
An evaluation has been perfomed whicn shows that this condition, if left uncorrected, would not have adversely affected the safety of operations of the plant and, therefore, is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e).
Thus, this matter is considered clored.
