ULNRC-368, 7/30/80 On July 2, 1980 we provided NRC Region III verbal notific_; ion of a 10CFR50.55(e) report regarding a potential bolt head-pipe clamp interference which could hinder the full function of Bergen-Paterson (B-P) pipe support strut assemblies containing Pacific Scientific mechanical shock arrestors.

In the referenced letter we advised that information~we had received from B-P needed clarification and that we would submit a final report by September.30, 1980.

Enclosed is our final report covering this deficiency.
