Dear Mr. Denton:

Changes to North Anna Power Station Settlement Procedure 1-PT-111, pursuant to Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Decision ALAB-578, are as follows:

Deletion of settlement monitoring points 11, 12, 13, and 14, and all reference to Units 3 and 4 Service Water Pump House has been made from 1-PT-111. This structure is monitored for settlement under the Vepco Construction Program and is not a Technical Specification requirement.
