Docke t Nos. 50-440, 50-441 The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, on behalf of itself and Duquesne Light Company, Ohio Edison Company, Pennsylvania Power Company and The Toledo Edison Company, hereby files fifteen copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.
This material is supplied pursuant to 10 CFR, Part 50.30 and in accordance with our June 20, 1980, amendment to our application for Construction Permits and Operating Licenses.
The following additional information will be supplied on the schedule indicated below:

Physical Security Plan (including the Safeguards Contingency Plan) -

Information identified in Regulatory Guide 9.3 in connection with the operating license stage antitrust review - January 1981.

Additional copies of the General Information Section, the FSAR and the Environmental Report - Operating License Stage pursuant to 10 CFR, Part 50.30 - upon docketing.
