NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No.50-010; 50-237; 50-249 Based on the inspection conducted on June 28-29, and July 8, 1977, certain of.vour activities appear to be in noncompliance with NRC requiremeats, as noted below. Item I is an infraction and item 2 is a deficiency.
1.
Contrary to 10 CFR 71.3, Type B quantities of byproduct material were delivered to a carrier for transport on sixty-six occasions during January, Februalf, and March 1977 with-out authorisation by the Commission.
2.
Contrary to Technical Specification 6.6.C.1, gaseous radio-nuclides released from the Unic 2/3 chimney and the Unit 2/3 reactor building ventilation stack have not been adequately quantified and reported.
