Fuel Ioad Target Date The following information is being submitted in accordance with your request of July 11, 1980:
a) The scheduled fuel load date for Seabrook Unit 1 is currently 1/1/83.
b) Construction of Unit 2 is. essentially stopped. Unit 2 construction schedule cannot be re-established until the Marsachusetts Department of Public Utilities concludes hearings and issues a favorable decision on the proposed changes in Joint Ownership percentages of the Massachusetts investor owned utilities and approves financing for the Massachusetts municipal participants. We will promptly notify you of the Unit 2 schedule at that time.
c) We are currently planning on tendering our application by 1/1/81.
