Dear Mr. Goodwin:
As a result of a recent evaluation of the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan and observations made by the Office of Inspection and Enforcement, we have determined that certain areas of the security plan do not estab-lish an adequate commitment to meet ce.-tain of the requirements of 10 CFR 73.55. Accordingly, it is requested that the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan be amended to incorporate the changes discussed in the enclosure.
It is requested that your proposed amendments to the security plan be submitted for review within 30 days of your receipt of this letter.
The enclosure contains safeguards information and is to be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.790(d).
