for NRC review under 10 CFR 50.54(p).
- ccordingly, enclosed are four copies of Revision 35 textual changes for review. Two copies are also forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC, Region V.
The changes described in the enclosure and its attachments do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this plan.
The attachment to the enclosure contains "Safegcards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
