Meeting held in your office on April 29, 1980.
Your letter requested written comments addressing the commitments identified in paragraphs 3.a, 3.b, 3.c and 10 of the same letter.
Items 3.a, 3 b, 3.c and 10 were addressed in a letter from myself to Mr.
Victor Stello, Jr., Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, dated May 19, 1980, concerning Inspection Report No. 50-219/79-18.
In addition, concerning items 3.a and 3.c, an additional Technical Specifica-tion Change Request (No. 91) was submitted by me on August 7,1980 in a letter to the Director Nuclear Reactor Regulation and supplemented in a letter from me to the Director Nuclear Reactor Regulation dated August 14, 1980.
A Manager of Training was appointed on May 12, 1980.
You were notified by Mr. D. Ross of my staff, via telephone, of our change from May l',1980 to May 12,1980 in appointing a Manager of Training.
With regard to item 3.b, an Acting Supervisor of Radwaste Operations was appointed as a full time position prior to July 1, 1980.
Future correspondence concerning results of the PAB Inspection, including items discussed in Management Meeting 50-219/80-18, will be addressed to Mr.
Victor Stello, Jr., Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, and will reference Inspection 50-219/79-18.
