Response to I&E Inspection 50-29/80-11 Reference is made to I&E Inspection 50-29/80-11 which was conducted by your Mr. R. H. Ladun from June 8 to June 13 of 1980 at the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee Rowe) in Rowe, Massachusetts.
The report written subsequent to this inspection identified an item vhich the inspector felt was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements.
In accordance with the requirements of Section 2.201 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, we hereby submit in Attachment A, the action taken on this item. This information is considered proprietary and should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
We would like to commend Mr. Ladun's conduct during the inspection.
He was professional and performed a thorough inspection.
