Revision 3 changes the description of the precedures for reducing and quantifying 1cakage from liquid systema. These procedurcs have been included in the docuttent as Appendix D.
For your convenience, instructions are cnolosed for incorporating these revisions into TVA's respense to NUREG-0578 for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant 1 hich was trancmitted by my letter to you dated July 3,1980.
