Dear Dr. Snyder:
I have just received a copy of the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement regarding TMI, Unit 2,
from the Chairmcn of the Board of Supervisors of Springettsbury Township, York County, Pennsylvania.
As the Chief Executive Officer and Emergency Management Coordinator of a community located within the fifteen mile radius of TMI, I am requesting the addition of my name to the mailing list for r e c e ip t of all documencs relative to TMI.
Apparently, only local elected officials have been receiving this material.
This procedure has made it difficult at times for my office to respond to questions on the matter.
Additionally, it is virtually impossible for us to develop an appropriate emergency management plan without the benefit of applicable NRC regulations.
