I as writing in reply to your August 15 letter.F As you may know, the Cesarission has directed that.thit T at the Three Mile Nuclear Power Station be kept in a shutdown conditicti pending further order of the Commission. To give the Consission a Msis for such a future action, a public hearing is being conducted. The widentiary phase of this hearing has not startad and it certainly will.not be completed until sometime next year. Accordingly, I do not expect the commission to take any action until it has mccived and reviewed the record of that proceeding.
