Dear Sir:

Subject:

Response to IE Bulletin 80 Rosemount Model 1151 and~1152 Pressure Transmitters We have determined that the subject pressure transmitters with output codes "A" or "D" are installed in safety related applications at Yankee Rowe.

However, we have also determined that these transmitters, or those that are planned for installation, would not be exposed to input pressures that could result in anomalous signals during normal operation, anticipated transients, or design accidents; therefore, no further action is necessary.

The following information is submitted in response to your request for estimates of manpower expended in the research and subsequent performance of actions associated with this letter / bulletin / document:

Manpower Requirements Hours i

Bulletin Response 80 Corrective Actions None required It should be clearly understood that this information is not adequate to enable a value/ impact assessment, the cost of equipment, the cost of additional resources to perform additional work, and cost of installation are also necessary.

In addition, an adequate determination of the safety improvement as a result of this document needs to be included.
