Dear Mr. Linder:
This letter responds to your letter dated June 6, 1980 (LAC-6972) which transmitted revisions to the Lacrosse Boiling Water Reactor Security Plan.
The staff has reviewed these changes and found that possible degradations in security or to the corrmitments in the approved security plan exist.
You are to resubmit the revisions in accordance with the comments contained in the enclosure to this letter.
It is our understanding that as a result of a management meeting on July 28, 1980, that your letter of June 6, 1930 (LAC-6972) is the subject of an inves-tigation by the Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
The full implementation of all security measures must be given utmost priority and attention.
It is requested that you also forward for review the final implementation schedule of all security hardware stating whan full operation is anticipated.
We request your response within thirty days of receipt of this letter. The enclosure to your letter dated June 6, 1980, and the enclosure to this letter are being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
