'On November 28, 1989, representatives of Texas Utilities Electric Company (TV Electric) met in Arlington, Texas, with NRC Region IV and Office of Nuclear
, Reactor RcDulation (NRR) personnel. The meeting was held at the request _of:TU Electrictodiscussrecentchangesmadeto-thelicensedoperatortraining program and to discuss the training schedule for the next two licensed operator-

classes.J TV Electric presented copics of and responded to questions on various training procedures and guidelines which covered:
1.-
Replacement license training.
2.
Replacement license nomination, screening and selection criteria.
3.
Reactor startup certification.
4.
Training schedules for the licensing classes scheduled to take NRC a
licensing exams in November 1990 and-June 1991.,
t 5.
Training curriculum for reactor operators and senior reactor operators.
6.
Qualification standards, guides, and signature records for reactor operators and senior reactor operators.
- 7.
TU Electric had several questions concerning eligibility and examination requirement waivers of for future Upgrade Senior Reactor Operator applicants.
NRC staff stated that requests for waivers would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
