South. Carolina Electric & Gas Company-(SCE&G) requests a revision to the Technical Specifications'for the_Vitpil C. Summer Nuclear Station. The proposed chcrge revises certain setpoints in Specifications 3/4.8.1 and 3/4.S.2, "A.C. Scources " associated with fuel oil stcrage requirements.
This letter reformats.the previous submittal dated July 21, 1989 to comply with new guidance received-from Mr. Jack Hayes, NRC Project Manager. The request-is contained in the following attachments:
