-A-4 While raising power following repairs to the thru (181.2 hrs turbine crossover piping, it was discovered that 11/04/89 total) the turbine bypass walve would not open. The valve was isolated and troubleshooting was performed.
The control circuit and components have checked out okay and the problest was found to be in the valve packing. ' The unit was returned to it's normel power after repairs were completed.
